To submit information to the benchmarking database, click the Login to Participate link in the left navigation menu.

A user name and password are required on the Benchmark Login screen. Contact Orran Greiner at 971 255-4967 or email him at greiner@westernenergy.org for your company's login information. Enter your company user ID and password in the "Benchmark Login" screen and click "Login".

Upon logging in, select the appropriate company function and date range for which you want to enter data by selecting it from the drop-down menus (note the default is the current rate table.) Click "add/update".

After you have entered all the data, click "Submit" and you will be presented with the benchmark compiled rate table. Specific criteria are listed below the “Submit” button.

At the benchmark compiled rate table you will be able to select and view different date ranges for which you would like to view compiled rates.

From your browser you can cut and paste the data into Excel. Unfortunately, there is no way to copy formulas from the browser. You will be able to filter and sort the data once in Excel.

If you receive a message like the following screenshot, then data is not available for that business function. Please participate and engage your colleagues in WEI's membership to participate as well. Contact Us to find out ways we can gather participation for your particular business function.
